All sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered/downloaded, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. This is because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned.”
Cancellation requests will only be considered if the digital product has not yet been delivered or accessed. If your order was made by mistake or you face any technical issues before accessing the product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of purchase.
If you encounter issues with the functionality or access of the product, please report the problem to our support team within 3 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if necessary.
If the product you received is not as described or is significantly different from what was shown on our website, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of purchase. After review, we may offer a suitable resolution.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 6 to 8 business days.
